We apologize for any inconvenience, but refunds for funds added to a client's account on Wicketworld are not provided. However, these funds are eligible for use in participating in games or challenges hosted on our platform. Please be aware that once an exchange is confirmed, it cannot be canceled by the client.
There is an exception to this policy. Users may request a refund at the sole discretion of Wicketworld if they meet the following conditions:
- 1. The client submits a written refund request using the registered email address to Wicketworld.
- 2. The refund request is received at least two days before the scheduled start of the round for which the payment is intended. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the inability to provide a refund.
It's important to note that Wicketworld reserves the right to limit the refund amount after deducting applicable fees and expenses based on its sole and thorough evaluation.The refund processing period may take up to 5-7 business days.
During the exchange process, users should also consider any additional agreements governing the exchange. If there are conflicts between these additional agreements and Wicketworld's provisions, the additional agreements will take precedence. Refund limits apply only to funds used for joining challenges and will be credited to the client's source account on Wicketworld.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as errors, canceled events, or acts of nature, only the joining fee will be refunded, and winnings based on position will not be considered.
